Antibiotic Treatment: All providers follow strict medical guidelines, and prescribing antibiotics is entirely at their clinical discretion. Antibiotics will be declined if symptoms appear to be viral.
No Controlled Substances: No controlled substances will be prescribed during virtual urgent care visits. Virtual Urgent Care Centers are not permitted to prescribe narcotics or other restricted medications.
In-Person Evaluation: If an exam or additional testing is required, the provider will redirect the patient to a physical clinic or advise them to follow up with their primary caregiver.
